Default Glasses...

I hate the idea of spending $200+ on a pair of glasses. I tend to ruin them pretty fast also :tonka: I wear contacts also... but I like to give my eyes a rest every other week or 3.

I don't usually plug companies, but for shits and giggles a few weeks ago I ordered a pair of glasses from Zenni Optical. I think I paid like $40 shipped. They are suprisingly decent quality, and should last just as long as the pair I spent $225 on less than a year ago.

At their prices you can order a few pairs and have some different style in your life

yeah glasses are a definate rip off. I have only had two glasses, one was a designer imposter $110 glasses from DOC, the other ones i got were like $400-$500 but my insurance paid for it, and i only got the fancy pricey ones because of the hinges. Its a fancy brand i never heard of "moschino" because of the springed hinges like my old cheap ones. Glasses are a good racket.

good site monkey evil i'm going to order a back up set since i no longer have vision coverage on my insurance, and i sure ass hell arent going to buy $500 glasses out of my pocket.

I love the internet, all the chains stores blow. It took DOC darn near a month to get me my glasses. Their commericals say glasses in a hour! Fawkers! Plus remeber those memory metal frames DOC marketed that you could bend and they would pop back into shape, and they wraped them around a ladies finger on the commerical? Well my sister wraped my bros glasses around her finger they broke, and DOC would not refund his money. DOC SUCKS.

I heard latley from a few peeps costco has decent cheap glasses.

Just bought a pair of reading glasses from sams club for 24 bones, brought them my prescription and it was really easy.

I had it done and made sure I had the best doctor I could find.

No bargin shopping when it comes to that.

It was expensive, but WELL worth it.

I went from legally blind to 20/20.
