Default Central boiler cl5036 outdoor wood burner *sold*

Putting this out there for anyone interested however it will not be available until spring as I am still using it. I'm selling my central boiler cl5036, it works perfect and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. You get the boiler, two pumps, side arm hot water heater, pool heater, and two heat exchangers for your furnace. $5,500 obo. I also will have a 330 gallon propane tank that will be for sale to the person that buys the burner. I will not seperate the propane tank unless the burner sells first. I want $1,500 for the tank.

Finally getting natural gas at my house. It has been great, I've saved shit tons of money using it. Plus things in my life have changed and I've run out of time this thing needs. I know people that have natural gas and put these in adn love it because it saves them money, but you must have wood to feed it. I've run out of time to get wood. If you are seriously interested in it get in touch with me and you can stop by and I'll give you the no BS golden tour.

Also my dealer will help with delivery and install if you need it. He has a special trailer that picks these up and sets them with ease. For an extra cost of course.

This is the exact same model I plan on buying and installing this summer/fall. This is something I may consider when the time comes. What underground pipe did you run?

1" pex. I have the two seperate lines incased together in a foam insulation covered then in a water barrier.. Not the one piece line with two water lines if that makes sense. I will hold for a non refundable deposit. Length of hold determines the deposit amount. I doubt you could refuse much of my line, but you can use all the fittings, and those add up quick...and those will go with the stove

This is a good deal. I bought the same model this fall. I have almost twice what he is asking into the stove and all of the material to install it.

I am glad I finally broke down and bought one. I bet I have saved $2500 or more in propane cost already this winter.

My has already paid for itself. I still had savings, this year over propane buying most of my wood.

If you are interested in this it's best to come and see it now while its in operation. Like I said I'll do a non refundable deposit. Lenght of hold determines the deposit amount. I will do payments, but buyer doesn't take possession until its paid off.
