Interested, but I might just wait until you default on the taxes and pick it up in auction

I wasn't trying anything, you said it has back taxes, so sooner or later you are going to default on them.

So anyone that owns a property that has taxes owing on it, will default on it eh?!

If you believe this, I have some homework for you.
Call your county Treasurer and ask how many parcels are delinquent in taxes as of Monday. Your county will have one of the highest totals in the state. Next, call again on April 3rd to see how many of those parcels defaulted. I guarantee you will be shocked.
Properties are generally default by those that have passed away, have no heirs, are incarcerated, are an out of state owner, are contaminated, or are just plain not worth paying the taxes on.

If you think my price is too high, then feel free to make an offer!

If not, please don't clutter my thread !!! '

Thanks
Mike

No need to apologize.
I get a little upset when I feel people are trying to take advantage of someone's financial difficulties.
That is how I would take " I might just wait till you default"
I have seen many people lose everything in this market.
I feel I offer what I have at decent price.
I am always open to offers.

I'm apologize if I took your statement the wrong way.
If you would like to lowball me, I will not be offended.
Never know.
