Wow... $129?!

No way. No how.

Doesn't Cabelas and Bass Pro do these classes for free (or close to it)?

Ridiculous!

I learned a HELL of a lot about it when I was in Texas. It really isn't that hard. Just a lot of knowledge to acquire. You don't need to do the class. You just need to find someone who has a set up to teach you personally or buy a good kit and start out very slow.

I figured it would give two other guys some good knowledge if they were just as interested as I am.

But I may be too busy anyway I got so much coming down the pipe.

My POS CAI M1 Garand has been worked over by a gunsmith, and while some issues have been fixed it's still prematurely ejecting the clip with unfired rounds.

Need to decide if I just want to sell the piece of shit, make further tweaks (if possible), or have a good receiver put in.

I hate when I impulse buy.

Watch very carefully... especially at the slow motion video of the action cycling...

Can anyone else spot the potentially deadly flaw of this design?

Watch how hard the bolt slams into the back of the receiver. It's destined for a catastrophic failure that will take your arm, shoulder and neck with it.

My friend is dying. Great friend and kick ass partner.
His claim to fame is impounding green peace boats for trying to interfere with Native Americans attempting to hand spear a whale, from a dugout canoe, for a Nantucket sleigh ride .
He is not to be trifled with.
He sent me this

Howdeeeee from Texas,

Since you know my sense of humor I think you will like my answer to their question. During one of my hospitalizations a Social Worker and her assistant (two cute white ladies) were doing an interview for possible benefits and going thru an extensive list of questions. I was in ICU and really felt good on my med high. I was aware that the gun question might come up. Well, it did and I was ready. She asked if I owned any guns, had access to guns or kept loaded guns in my residence. I told her she might find my answer offensive. She said she hears many answers all of the time and please answer the question. She was pleasant so I answered, " Do you own, have access to, or use a 16 in., black, vibrating dildo? Your question is just as offensive to me as mine is to you." It was the best Kodak Moment I had ever witnessed. They were shocked, lips began to quiver and they just packed up their stuff and left without a word in a big huff. The ICU nurse came rushing in and asked what happened and I said " just a small difference of opinion" and left it at that. Since then, after 4 hospitialazations, about 100 Doc visits, dealing with SSI, SSDI and various other agencies, NO ONE has ever asked me that question again. All firearm purchases have gone streigth thru, over the counter sales with NO delays, waiting or holdbacks. I guess the State of Texas liked my answer. Feel free to pass it around with the usual header cleanup.

Best to all,

Me

Almost afraid to comment for I might get sued . If you have ever had a custom rifle built you would know how things are supposed to be.

All Rooney and his buddies are trying to do is cover up the fraud they committed with these pile of shit rifles. He destroyed his business by letting that garbage go to customers. Blaming others and trying to sue them for his own epic failures as a rifle builder and business man did nothing but slam the final nail into that coffin.
