Default need help asap

lastnight I had to put a new fuel pump in my tracker. after the install it started great everywhere I went and shut it off. after I got home and went to leave again it would not start. I have power for the lights but have no radio, blower and none of the ignition lights come on. do not hear or feel the relay kicking on. I did clean the battery and terminals. could it be the relay?

alright well the fuse under the hood is good. I got power into the fuse block and out of the ignition fuse. I unplugged the ignition plug from my ignition. there is 2 green wires. i checked both of them with a test light. i have power at one. should i have power at both? where do each of them come from? i don't seem to have any power after that
