Im not liking either of the yellow tape spots, I think im just gonna go all the way to tailgate area with another tube. was going for a truck look with a little bed area behind pass area but doesn't look right so ill just go with station wagon look. smh. im drawing the line at the woody beaver look though.

You can still get your truck look with your panels. Going straight down would be stronger anyway.

Keep it up, lookin good!

im starting to think about steering also. im gonna buy a complete system from howe I think, (had a bad expierence with lance). Do I need to go with a trophy truck pump to get fast steering? I have a psc single ended kit on my blazer and it is just to slow, annoys the shit out of me. I was thinking with a smaller ram and double ended it will be better than what I have?

Too slow as in too many turns or too slow as in you turn the wheel and it don't turn because fluid can't move quick enough?

Mostly fluid speed, but would like slightly less turns lock to lock, I tried talking to lance at Psc about it he basically told me there was nothing I could do about it. He was kinda rude about it too. So that's why I'm thinking Howe this time.

The turns lock to lock can easily be changed with a different orbital valve, the fluid speed i am not sure.

Yea that's what I was thinking, that's why I called lance figured he would just sell me a smaller ram or a quicker orbital but he said he didn't recamend either? Wtf. He said it was just not enough fluid flow. I noticed howes rams are slightly smaller diameter than what I have and maybe trophy truck pump but I don't want to spend all the money on Tt pump if I don't have too.

I wouldn't think you would have to....get an orbital / ram combo that puts you in the range you want, a big reservoir and a good cooler so you have plenty of good fluid to work with and plum it with adequate size hose / fittings and i see no reason you would need the fancy pump to get reasonably quick steering.....but that is just my speculation based on limited experience.

I swapped out pumps and it made a noticeable difference in speed.
