Default Federal Lead Duck loads

I got a box of Federal premium 7-1/2 lead hi brass duck loads today.

Any guess on how old these would be.

They are plastic casings not paper and the box is full.

Lead shot was banned early 90s I think (91 maybe?). If they are plastic hulls they're probably 80s vintage although I don't know who the hell would shoot 7.5s at ducks unless it was TSS

You are correct. Lead shot for waterfowl hunting was banned federally in 1991. It is still legal for upland game, etc but the idea was to reduce the lead in the water sources that ducks and geese are found.

You can still use it to hunt pheasant, quail, rabbit, etc. Just not waterfowl.

Can you post some pics of the boxes? Pay special attention to the lot number markings on it. They should be somewhere on there. Any sort of stamping or printing on the box from the factory.
