My friend uses them to plow. They simply didn't show up yesterday, and when he called they said "sorry, there is to much snow, it's not safe for us to be out there"

That facebook page is public, so any funny posts would be encouraged.

Your driveway is important. Not as important as all of our family.
If you choose to be rude that is your choice. But we are well within our terms. We have executed our extreme weather clause in our contract. And as such. We will finish all homes safely on our time table.
Your other option is to start shoveling. Because it will be some time before your home will be completed. And if your are one of the early homes. Your home will be done again after all drivers are rested.
Thanks.

Yeah, what a bunch of dicks, they are out plowing as quickly and as safely as they possibly can for their customers while making sure their drivers are safe and well rested.

Call another plow service if your lazy brother needs his driveway done right away, I am sure all the other plow guys are done by now and can get to him.

When there is a wide spread power outage and you run out of generators or your suppliers can not get them to you to deliver them to your customers I assume you just build one in their garage for them right?

Having spent a lot of time behind the wheel of a plow truck, I can see where he (RDK owner) is coming from actually.

With plenty of time left in the day to service 100 other customers the same way as well.

Sorry, but selling and servicing is not the same thing. There can be an excuse of lack of product, and that is valid. However, not having the man power to carry service = shitty company.

Maybe I'm wrong, but they chose NOT to plow, as opposed to "going slow"...

I kinda see what he's saying, as I'm sure the calls he has gotten are pretty bad but he sure doesn't know how to word things in a way that doesn't make him sound like a giant dick.

Kickstand, ask your brother what woudl happen to his contracts if he posted on his facebook page:

"Sorry about not being able to plow today, the roads are too bad. If you want to leave your house, your other option is to shovel"

Your brother is a successful business owner, you might learn a thing or two from him.

You're right. If a car dealer is able to handle 50 cars per day and all of a sudden everyones cars break down at a rate of 150 cars per day he should still be able to handle it right?

Just like when a plow company accepts 500 plowing contracts and explicitly states businesses will get priority, then neighborhoods, and then driveways and the snow falls at 3 times the average winter storm rate in michigan and they have to go back and clear everything 2-3 times in a 2 day period they should be right on the ball right?

Seriously, you're fucktarded.

I just read their page. Why don't you put the whole post into context if you are going to try and throw them under the bus.....

They said we will get to everyone's driveway as quickly and as safely as possible. IF YOU NEED YOUR DRIVEWAY DONE SOONER your other option is to shovel it yourself.

I wish everyone could be as awesome as you think you are.

You're probably one of the people who realizes you tires are shit on your truck the first day that it snows. Then when you get to the tire shop that very same day, you don't understand why you have to wait 5 hours to get 20 minutes worth of work done...

Obviously you are having a hard time with comprehension here. The plow company DID NOT SEND OUT ANY DRIVERS because they stated the ROADS WERE NOT SAFE TO DRIVE ON.

Again, call a business savvy person (your brother) and ask him his opinion.

Obviously you are having a hard time reading the posts on their facebook wall. You're also having a hard time with me AGREEING with them making sure that their drivers are well rested while driving on the unsafe roads.

The FUCKING COUNTIES stopped plowing yesterday.
