I'll be honest...

There's no way in hell I'd even get in that thing; let alone wheel it

Alright, I have a custom buggy built on an old Jeep frame. The buggy has no brakes do to being too old to find parts, all drum. I built it as a prototype and ended up driving it all the time, a lot of fun without brakes! It has a Chevy 350 V8 Small Block with 202 heads. Transmission is a Turbo 350 automatic with B&M Ratchet shifter. Custom built heavy duty fuel cell with gage. Buggy runs and drives but frame is in rough shape do to a roll over. Also wheels are welded on. I also have a 1986 roller frame from a Chevy Scottsdale 2500 long box pickup 4x4. It has rim and good tires, new ball joints and brakes but has been sitting for a few years. It has a 700R4 Automatic Transmission with transfer case still in it. Just need to swap the engine and roll cage and you have a new buggy. I just don't have the time to do anything with it right now. I don't want it to waste away.

Make me an offer and I'll consider Trades too
$1500 OBO for both

I think it's $1400 too high. Other than that, I can think of several better ways to kill yourself.

Prototype... Lol!

It does have 2.02 heads though... I wonder what kind of recourse I have with him if after I buy it and pull the motor down and they are stock small valve heads??

I don't see why not. I wouldn't pay $1500 though.
