Default What would you do with a F350...

So I picked up a 1997 F350, 351/auto/4x4 90k miles. Standard cab, no bed. I was planning on taking the axles out and putting them under my 1997 F250 powerstroke. But, I only use this truck for towing and light plowing... I guess I don't really neeeeed to put the axles under it. So this got me thinking...

I normally build jeeps and sammies (small shit) to wheel. We go to Indiana, "badlands off road" and do some small trail rides around northern Wisconsin. I try to stay away from mud...

What would you do with this truck? It has a clean title, was a plow truck so everything is rusty. Needs quite a bit of TLC to become road worthy. I was thinking of four options:

1. Fix it up, put a bed on it, turn and sell for mucho profit
2. Build it into an off-road rig (too big for trail riding, more mudder in my eyes)
3. Part it out and do something with the axles, bit overkill for a samurai, possible jeep project
4. Sell it as is for a small profit

Opinions?

2. Build it into an off-road rig (too big for trail riding, more mudder in my eyes)Do you want a mudder? if so this is the direction I would go but you mentioned you don't like mud
3. Part it out and do something with the axles, bit overkill for a samurai, possible jeep project
4. Sell it as is for a small profitbingo

Opinions?

I see a fair amount of good, sellable parts on it. If it was me,(figuring you have the time and a space to do this) I'd part it out and scrap what doesn't sell.

I think it's either going to be a project or sell it whole. No clue on how much to ask for not though. I figured get it running decent first then go from there

the sum of the parts are greater than the whole.

ain't nothin wrong with wheeling a full size. It brings a whole new concept to the wheelering game. I typically wheel with much smaller vehicles when I had my chevy up and running, which brought a whole new set of challenges.

Sell it to concreteguy. He could slap a flatbed on it and make good use of it.

I've been watching this truck for a while, but have no funds for it. Best of luck with the sale.
