Default Vinsetta Garage in Birmingham

Has anybody been here? It looks like a really cool place from the road.

Here's an article for any that want a little more info on it..

I believe this is owned and run by the same people as The Woodshop in Clarkston, same menu I'm told, but have not been there.

Oh really? That's neat. I've never been to The Woodshop, but I know they have awesome ribs and mac and cheese. Would be cool if it were the same owners, then I would expect good food!

I've been there a couple of times. It's not worth the wait that it often has but the food is good. Be prepared for it to be LOUD!! if it is busy though... annoyingly so.

I've never been to the Woodshop in Clarkston to compare it but our office holiday party will be there this year so I'm looking forward to that.

You trippin' boo!

Vinsetta's garage is pretty good. But if I had a choice, I'd save the drive and hit up Redcoat Tavern instead.

Nope, Between the wait and the food, I was not impressed. I think it was almost two years ago that I was there. I don't have any plans to go back. Just my opinion.

yeah, the food network really ruined the woodshop and union for the locals. You are one of the first people I have met that said something negative about the woodshop's food.

I don't think the food is what is used to be. But people seem to enjoy yanking their junk to all of this guys restaurants.. I don't get it.

I do agree that I would rather go to Redcoat.

I was at the Union last night for a work dinner. The waitress (who was hot as fukc ) was telling me they still get a lot of the Mac&Cheese/Bad Ass Beer crowd. There is a reason I usually go to the Tap.......the crowd. I love the Union, but hate the people that make it a wait.

I thought the food was pretty good at Union and Woodshop but I hate long waits and I am a huuuge fan of our little bar in Holly, Blackthorn pub. I would rather go there then these other fancy (expensive) places. Great service and the food is good and they have some good specials usually.

Favorite part is the have $1.75 pbrs in 16oz cans!!!!!! I can buy 5 rounds of beers for my friends and I am the hero of the night and NOT broke haha.
