It took 5 gallons to fill the truck up. At around $12 a gallon to run 6,000 miles

I think it's cheaper to just sell people the jugs than a filling station.

you can get the jugs at most supercenters and parts stores..

The $12 was off from the dealership / can you water that shit down. Or for that matter can you run straight h2o with out the rig knowing, or does it test its exhaust. After treatment? ??

For 30 bucks for 6,000 miles why not just run the right stuff? Your always gunna get ripped off at the dealership. If walmart doesn't have it on its shelf, then just do the site to store for the free shipping, only takes a week to get to the store and you just walk in and pick it up.. I don't see you being able to just add water, what about it freezing?

After being a diesel technician for a decade. Do not add water. It will mess up the system and not be covered under warranty then you have to put delete kit on. Its his fault for buying it at a dealer. If you can use $26 to run 6000 miles that's a solid deal. He bought a new diesel. Now to quote peter parkers uncle Ben, "with great power comes great responsibility"

if you buy it in a jug you pay way too much. many truck stops have a pump for it. im a truck driver i buy alot of it! from 2.59 to 2.99 a gallon at the pump.

it cost me over 1500 to delete my 6.7, i was buying mine at napa prior to the delete and tuner. its not expensive enough to justify the tuner and exhaust kit. not even close.

ive been told that some companies will not sell the delete kits in the usa due to pressure from the EPA. i dont think i will tune the next one, my milage has not gone up drasticly and the power was crazy even without the tune. and i could have bought LOTS of DEF for the price i paid
