While I am not sure the truth of that particular article, I have read several on what is going on at Fuckedoshima. Contaminated water is leaking in large amounts into the ocean every day from the plant itself and some of the emergency storage tanks they assembled and has been since the tsunami and was covered up for a while by the Japanese government. It's a bigger deal than what is being told.

this^^^story would be much more impactful if they'd supplied a few pix taken from the boat. a google of "pacific ocean tsunami trash" pulled up MANY photos of this pile of sh*t out there. yea gods!!!!
