I was expecting fancy. This is cool. Other than that, I'm of no help.

I like how they do the loading

Looks like you'll want to put some more cash in it.

Tires are expensive, motor kinda doggy but reliable.

Looks really long for some reason.

You would have a place to sleep when you get in trouble

That looks as awesome as it is terrible.

Novelty awesomeness is high but I bet it sucks to travel and sleep in unless you put a lot of money into it.

There is a nice toy hauler/sleeper near my house. It looks like a converted cargo trailer but done well. Not sure on price.

Think of it like buying a house, the Gillig bus is like buying a house that is framed out, but needs to be finished. You get to do it how you like, but it will cost you 3x whatever you think it will cost you.

From what I have been told if it is still school bus yellow it will need to be painted to be registered in Michigan. You will have the added cost of repairs, insurance and registration. Those are some things you have told me in the past you didn't want to deal with.

Not entirely true, it can be yellow, but it has to pass a more rigorous safety test. More rigorous than what, I don't know- maybe they push on the brake pedal or something.

If it's not yellow, then it can be a flaming deathtrap as long as your check clears at the SOS.
