Escrow company pocketed my property tax money for 3 years. Still digging my way out of that one.

Moral of the story- Trust, but verify.

My escrow Is done through my credit union, who also holds the note on my house...0.00% fee for escrowing....I think it would be dumb not to escrow

In that specific case it makes sense. CU is not going to screw themselves.

Unless your insurance charges you more for putting it in escrow. I found out mine charges ~$125 extra per year if you have it escrowed.

That's the norm it seems.

After the anal rapage I received from the escrow, I don't trust nobody with my limited funds.

This, but my loan is not through a credit Union, it's through my bank. My insurance company also isn't (the new one) chargine me any extra for having coverage paid through my escrow.

Your thread makes it out to sound like he screwed you over. Sounds like a typo or paperwork error that was not done by him. I don't think crog had anything to do with it, wouldn't it be the fault of citizens? Why post up his name with that subject line?

Because other people who ALSO bought insurance from C-Rog have had similar problems.

I don't know if they were with the same insurance company as me or not, but I know they bought the insurance through C-Rog.

You see, the common known denominator was the agent. (Who quite possibly could have made the typo, or was likely turning it into the same admin who could have made the typo)

Really- don't push Chris under the bus. ANYONE with an escrow account should keep tabs on where the money is going.

Or just take care of it yourself and KNOW where the money is going.

I am not throwing him under the bus, but when more than one person who bought insurance from him has a problem it is a good idea for anyone who has bought insurance from him to double check.

I do not know if the other person who had an issue was using an escrow or not.

I don't know how much clearer I have to be.

Your title is making it look like he's to blame. How much clearer does everyone else have to be?

You really are fucking retarded aren't you?

let me spell this out for you plain and simple.

If you bought insurance from Chris Roger's (a friend of mine who I think is a nice guy) you may want to double check your policy as I know a number of you purchased insurance from him. A few of us (2 confirmed a 3rd not sure) have had some mistakes on our policies (mine home, another auto and home) and I just want to bring it to your attention that there is a possibility more errors could have been made.

I am not saying the error was with Chris, but it could have been with him, the agency he worked at, the insurance companies he represented, or the administrative assistant working at the agency. I do not know, I am not placing blame, I am simply suggesting that since Chris was my agent and another friends agent and we both had mistakes made on our policies (ironically we both discovered it in the last week or two) that its possible other policies may have mistakes.

Let's break down my title, since that's what you have a problem with, or are stating you have a problem with.

Quote:
PSA if you bought insurance from C-Rog check your policy
Public, Service, Announcment. If YOU (i'm guessing bluetool didn't, so just bug the fukc off) BOUGHT (ie purchased, acquired, gained, etc) insurance from Chris Rogers (an AGENT THAT MULTIPLE PEOPLE BOUGHT FROM) check your policy (because it MAY contain mistakes).

Where, in any of that did I state that C-Rog screwed my policy up? No where.

where in my first post did I state that C-Rog screwed my policy up? No where.

Where in any of my posts did I point fingers and blame anyone for my policy having a mistake? No where.

Where did I mention that OTHERS have had problems also? In most of my posts.

The common deonominator is the Agent, the Agency he worked for, that's it. So if you purchased through Chris, you are through the same Agency as I, and the other person who had a problem and you could possibly have a problem too so double check it.

I bought my insurance through c-rog and the only mistake I can find is he sold me a citizens elevator plan and the down button is broken.

Even Kelly thought you were blaming Chris.

So I guess that makes CC retarded too.

Just own up to the fact that your thread title and initial post were somewhat vague and stop backpedaling.

I don't have any backpedaling to do. Read the post and stop reading into it, read the words.

Yes, CC is also fucking retarded, but not anywhere close to the level of retardation that lives inside your body.

I know of one person who had all of their policies fail to renew, home, car, etc. (I know of a person who was insured through a policy that he purchased, his car insurance lapsed and it cost him extra money to renew with another company because of that lapse in coverage, again, no blame placed, just facts about something that happened to someone else who purchased their insurance policy through said agent. )

My homeowners failed to re-new even though I pay it through my escrow, even worse as I called them (Them, the insurance company. )to get to the bottom of it I find that they (they, the insurance company had my previous address insured not my current address....again no blame as to who/how/where/when/why the mistake was made, just WHAT mistake was made) had insured the house I used to live in, not the one I live in now.

Double check to make sure the information on your policies is correct and current so you don't get fucked. (Double check, look at your policy, make sure you don't assume it is correct and get in an accident only to find out it wasn't)
Here bluetool, want me to disect this one for you as well?

Do I make myself clear? No where did I say that C-Rog fucked me. Not anywhere.

Go ahead and continue to try and put words in my mouth and try to make it out that I'm trying to throw someone under the bus when I am not. I have no reason to backpeddle as I stand 100% by what I said. It is not my fault you are too fucking stupid to read.
