Also it is so much cheaper than buying it pre-made. I spent about $45 on diy ingredients, and only used about 1/4 of my ingredients for 90ml of liquid so far. It has paid for itself, and I have enough materials for about 270 more ml.

Um.... No. You better be joking here.

Here are the facts...

Lungs are exceptionally fragile
They won't heal themselves
AND that's why you need to quit.

I'll stick to Marlboro's for the time being. I know those will kill me eventually. You'll end up pickled with the E-cig.

I also learned how to refill the disposable e cig cartridges. If anybody is using them and would like them refilled or like me to show you how to refill them yourself, let me know.

I'll admit, I worded it goofy and the last half was just a silly comment. A healthy michigan air breathing lung will still have a thin layer of carbon on the outside. Perfectly normal, no harm done. Smokers lungs can have some regeneration occur, but it obviously won't ever "heal" completely or even close to it. I would say this last part is true just from what I've gathered from reading this thread. People are feeling better and can do more, now that they quit smoking. It's a nasty habit that I've been surrounded by most of my life. I've never smoked and never will. I will try to help keep anyone I can from smoking.

It's a monumental bitch to quit. If you haven't, don't start. It was cool 20 years ago. Now it's a hard habit to break.

what brand flavor's are you using? I've noticed the LA brand light on flavor. the TFA brand has a lot more flavor and that's all I order now. after 10 months vaping, I prefer flavor over throat hit now.

The truth. I hate seeing all these people around me doing it, but sometimes you just don't know how hard it is to do or quit something until you put yourself in their shoes.

It's like quitting drinking. You can take the alcohol away but they still want it. Good thing I don't drink or I could really be in a world of crap.

I ordered some of each of the la and tfa to experiment with. I have eight different flavors mixed up right now but I haven't tried any of them yet because I'm trying to use up the stuff I bought premixed when I first started this adventure.
