I have been looking into this for the last couple months. No local shops for me to see the stuff in person. Does this seem like a good starter kit? I currently smoke Marlboro Menthol Lights about 2 packs per day.

looks like a good starter for the price. always good to have two batteries so you always have one charged.
i smoked a pack of marlboro reds a day for 28 years and am using 36mg liquid for now. eventually i plan on slowly dialing the nicotine level down.

For a starter kit, not a bad setup but you can get more for less money. Thevaporgirl.com has ego twist starter kits for $60. http://www.thevaporgirl.com/ecig-twist-starter-kit.htm

i'd go with the one from vapegirl before i bought the one from halo. better batteries (imo) and you need a lead on the charger, there is too much weaight from the battery to just hang from your usb. and the stand is nice to have too.

I'm about 4 months into this now and have not touched a cigarette, I bought one of the cheap 40 dollar kits with only one battery and that has been fine for me. I use the cartridge type 24mg of nicotine and go through a cartridge every 2–3 days. My battery lasts about 5–6 days between charges.
I'm happy with my setup and it's cheap and effective.

I just trashed my first clearomizer. 3.5 days an it started leaking out of the bottom. However I have had 2 cigs in that time period and I was a pack to pack and a half a day.

Absolutely love my Itaste VTR. I've always gone through mt baker vapor for liquid, and they have a wide selection. Rainbow sherbet, is awesome, and I'm just about to break into my lemon aid for the first time.

halo brand batteries use a funky thread, found that out today at the vape store. just something to keep in mind before spending money. you wanna look for ego & 510 thread option, alot more tanks offered for them.

i just picked up a itaste 134 from boosted vapor in clinton township. the tank included, i'm not a fan of and already changed it out for a davide tank. boosted vapor just got a new shipment of mods & tanks in, so many options.... it was hard to leave without trying them all out.

if anybody wants a iclear 30 tank, 510 thread, swivel tip, let me know. i used it for 5 minutes, washed it and put it back in the case. i'm never gonna use it
