Genssi shit the bed. I ordered one more for my quad and instead of the German made lights I got some a china hack version with genssi painted on top.

German, white background, can't see through the back glass.

China, can clearly see the circuit board in the background.

First 3 I ordered were from AGT in nice boxes with iso cert on the box. The one I just got said "made in china" on the side of the box and is clearly a bad knockoff of the AGT lights.

If the price is right on the knockoff one you might be alright.

How are these LED lights for "longish" range driving lights? My stock headlights suck when you're in 2 lane mountain roads and rain.

Do LED's help cut through the fog? (not omg you can't see 3 feet fog, light fog?)

Mine make it way worse. But I have floods (60 degree pattern)

They make spots as well but I have no input on them.

I haven't used them in the fog, but they overpower the stock xj lights, not really a pencil beam, more of a long distance wide beam. Can see them deer a long ways off that way. I like them driving back from races late at night for this reason.

I have "spots", 30

I have the 60 deg lights and they don't project long distance. They make stuff close like daylight though......and they aren't $200 for an 18w light

The only thing I found to be truly effective against snow, rain and fog glare back is louvres like on PerLux , mounted low on bumper.

I got a deal on mine and after destroying some cheaper lights I was ready to spend a little more for something that would stand up.

I plan on buying a Rigid 10" light bar for the front of my truck for hunting season.....I never seem to have enough light on the back roads up north.
