Default 94 3500 dually 2wd - ride height spec

What is the ride height spec for that truck listed above? I think the springs are worn out causing a uneven tire wear condition.

Trying to narrow it down between the springs and the control arm bushings

They should have aligned it at ride height, so sagging springs shouldn't be the issue.
