That's what I have. They work good. I like having the axle strap, makes it easier .
I like the axle strap and ratchet instead of the axle strap/ratchet combo.

My axle straps are showing considerably more wear than the ratchet straps themselves. I guess I'd like to just be able to replace an axle strap instead of having to replace the whole contraption.

No idea. I stopped at a truck stop and checked the straps. Saw one with a snapped hook and scrapped it. Fortunately I have 4 on the Jeep so still had 3 holding it in place. Bought a set from the truck stop with big HD hooks and have been using them ever since.

Joe,

One word of advice I learned after buying my own straps. Find a good material to keep with your set to use as a softener. I use cardboard but they manufacture curved plastic things for the actual purpose. Tuck it in between the strap and any surface that has an edge to it. With all the bouncing around on the highway the edge will act like a hacksaw against your straps. I towed my jeep down to Florida and when loading it up to head back home I discovered my rear LCA mount nearly sliced my axle strap in half. I was pissed cause I had just dropped a hundred bucks for these straps and now it isn't even a complete set. This might be common sense but just lookin out.

How did you have the strap set up so it could get sliced by the LCA mount?

What's also nice about the Vulcan strap deal is it has a black mesh sleeve to go over the axle so it won't tear into the strap itself...

I would also suggest getting a set of axle straps. They are about 12" long with closed metal lopps on both ends. I use them because I would rather grind mud and dirt into those than my actual straps when strapping around the axles . I use 4 2" 10k strap to on my F150.

I used to cross strap the rear on the outside of the LCA mount between that and the drum. Now i don't cross them, I strap right on the outside of the pig, on the drivers side you have to tuck the strap under a brake line and on the passenger side theres a small bracket on top the brake line I run it over top of. Then the front I cross strap though the knuckles.

I bought em at TSC for $9 apiece or so.

I also use 4 2" straps with the wire hooks on my rigs and have been very happy. Most of mine are actually from WalMart and have held up great. As far as I can tell, they're identical to what TSC sells. Next time around I may get something fancier, but I've had no issues with mine.
