Default 2000 budget TJ

I picked this Jeep up in July. It needed some work, but I got it for $1500. 4.0, no rust on the body, not bad!
I gave the flares the lazy torch treatment to turn them black again. The seats were destroyed, but luckily I found a nice 3 pc set for $100 on Craigslist. It had no reverse, only forward gears, so a new trans was in order. I found a supposed 60k mile 32rh at a junkyard for $500, paid a local guy $250 to install it. Now it drives!
The factory soft top was in rough shape, so I went with the Rampage frameless soft top. I installed it easily in about a half hour, and I have been really happy with it so far.
I found a set of 31x12.50x15 BFG MTs mounted on some Centerline Hellcats. I've always loved these wheels. Since the 90s. Lol
I added some XJ front springs, and a 2" BB, along with some 4" WJ shocks that I picked up here.
I modified and installed the Hanson bumper/Harbor Freight winch that I stripped from my YJ before I sold it. I also modified a set of Xenon 6" flares into flat flares. I ordered some 33x12.50 Duratracs to be installed tomorrow. I think they'll fit nicely without a body lift.

Thanks! Rampage top pics. I really like it. The back and side Windows can be stored in the ceiling in a divided bag when you convert it to just a bikini top. No more loose Windows being scratched all up in the back seat.

Finally found some time to throw a 1.25" Zone body lift on.
I've got to find some different flares. The trimmed wide ones are too soft and sag.

Question

It needs tube fenders. Possibly even highline it. Nice looking jeep tho. Check out my build thread if you need some ideas. My jeep started out same way yours is now.
