Hey, I appreciate the offer. :)

I would like to beef up the front of the buggy a bit.

I added a plexi glas windshield to help with the cold. We took it out today for a ride around the block in 14 degree weather. It didn't help.

if you want to run a half windshield I would suggest doing the bottom half not the top. You will get better wind deflection. Also I would dump the plexiglass as that stuff dangerous, you need to change it polycarbonate. I made a half windshield for my rzr that worked fanstastic...the wind, snow and cold blew right over top of you and didnt create a vacuum like a full windshield would

How does this thing do with two kayaks, your wife and yourself in the snow?

My new project bike came with some mirrors that just didn't work for the look of the bike. I found them a new home.

A couple weeks ago, my dad and I took it out on the ice track in Lakeview. The chains hooked up really well. Chains on the front would have been helpful for steering, but it did well enough.

Just chose not to ride in that cold of weather. I'd need to have another piece of plexi-glas custom cut as a trapezoid.

Broke one of the lower a-arm tabs when out riding with my Grandpa. Luckily I had the winch on the front to keep the a-arm from dragging on the ground while we limped it home. :)

If you need any help suspension/motor wise check out Firepower Minis in Flint. The owner, Terry, is VERY VERY knowledgeable in all motors. He builds pitbike/Quad motors for a living now out of his shop and should be able to give you some help!
