Default 96 Explorer Pass Window won't roll up

So I do have some damage to the pass door (see pic below), but it was originally damaged last October at R&V, and has worked fine ever since.

I parked my truck in the garage with the windows down for a few weeks, when I went to roll them up, the drivers works fine, and nothing from the pass window.

No clunks, squeaks, grinding, humming, etc...

Is there a seperate fuse for each side? I'm at a loss on where to start looking. I guess I'll tear the door panel off and see what i can see.

Thoughts? Theories? Suggestions?

No separate fuses for each side.

Pull the panel and check for power at the regulator motor. Try it for both up and down. If you have power you can try a 12v battery and some wires to the terminals on the motor and see if that moves it but it is probably shot if you have power to that point. You can try tapping on the motor too.

Also make sure the window is not stuck on something from the damage.

I've had both windows pop off the tracks and get jammed. I've also had to replace both regulator motors.
I'd definitely check the power situation like firehawk suggested.

So I took the door panel off. The bottom of the window appears it is sitting on the very bottom of the inner door, but it doesn't seem too far down...

The wire harness seems stretched tight by the glass, assuming a clearance issue from the damage, but not frayed or cut. Kinda hard to see with the window down.

Is there a way to force the window back up so I can take a closer look?

Unbolt it from the regulator?
