Default Holster for Glock 21 G4

I have a Glock 21 G4 and am looking for a holster. My dad has one of the Blackhawk soft nylon with the mag pouch, and it's a decent holster for just keeping it in the truck, but I am looking for something to carry with.

I would like to get one for concealed carry and one for open carry. As far as open carry, I am really leaning towards the "Blackhawk 410513BK-R Black SERPA RH Holster For Glock 20 21 S&W MP". Looks like a nice holster, made in USA, and has the locking mechanism. I have read a few posts on here about the locking mechanism slowly turning into a project to get the gun out. Also, the locking mechanism jamming up would be a turnoff. So what do you guys carry as far as outside the waistband?

As much as I would like to carry my 21 concealed, say inside the waistband, it just seems like a big fawking gun to conceal. Do any of you guys have a full frame gun and carry it inside the waistband? How do you like it? I am 6'5" and 210, and I feel like it wouldn't be too comfortable

SS and Grease, any input?

Thanks

OWB retention holster: Safariland ALS

IWB: Crossbreed Supertuck

It's a big gun, and carrying it concealed might be more work than you want to put in to it.
