Default sidekick barely running

hey guys i got a 92 4 door kick with a 95 16valve tracker motor. it started having a misfire and it got worse fast. now it will crank for 20 secs or so then finally fire up. it idles a little high but perfectly smooth and sounds great. if i touch the gas at all it will die instantly. if i dont touch the gas it will idle all day..

any thoughts???

im kinda leaning twards computer. was thinking maybe it jumped timing cause it takes so long to fire but like i said when it does it idles perfect. im at a loss and just wondering what to start checking first.

thanks
