Default Dana 30 carrier FOUND

picked up a set of 4.10 gears for my 2012 JK, current gears are the 3.23 so the D30 carrier isn't going to work for me.

Looking for Dana 30 carrier for higher number gears, either a bare JK carrier, or complete carrier with inners if non-jk. Nothing to old or worn, since they are going in a 2012 JK for DD/light trail use.

let me know what you have...

also looking for an install person

double check it for the rear, I thought JKs use 'thick' gears in the rear dana 44 and don't need a new carrier...at least Ihave read of people only needing a front carrier when switching from 3.21s...

If you get a non-JK D30 carrier, you will need the non-JK internals as well. The JK D30 carrier is a little different than those before it, but you can use the old one with the old internals.

well, If all I need is the JK D30 Carrier, and use all my current stuff to go with it (D30 inners, rr carrier w/inners) , I may as well just buy a new one and be done

thanks guys

now where to buy and who to install, thinking of Ring and Pinion Shop in Waterford, but I hear they are pricey

find a shop close to you that does JK lifts and gear swaps...you just need a JK D30 carrier from a JK that had 373's in it.
