nice. if your going with a chevy 241 case, you can swap dodge output shaft parts on it to have a fixed rear output shaft. instead of having to buy a sye.

you should need a 32 spline input with the 4l80e trans. the local yard has a few of them. i can get you a price this weekend on one.

Have you thought about using a Ford np205. You can swap in a 32 spline input and it will be a lot stronger. The low range is not as good but i think the torque of that 6.0 will make up for that. I think you will end up blowing up that 241.
I think you could get a Ford 205 for @ $100.00 and the input it $189.00

i'm sure you needed anopther opinion on your build.

seems it's a big cost IF you can find an adaptor 4l80e to a Ford np205 - Pirate4x4.Com Bulletin Board
I did some research on this awhile back when i was thinking about swapping one in. I am pretty sure the bolt pattern on a ford 205 is the same as your 4l80e. I also emailed Northwest Fabworks and asked if their 32 spline input can be used in a Ford case. Their answer was yes.

x2. He asked me what I wanted to do with it, how radical or stock I wanted to be, etc. Came back with all the excess wires pulled out the harness and all wires labeled for easy hookup. Expensive but quality.

That guy is a jackass. His deleted thread was full of him stating so much shit that was wrong he had it deleted to cover up his stupidity. He's so ignorant he told Bryce his mail order tune would out perform any tune Bryce could get done on a dyno...........cause MI doesn't have anyone good at dyno tuning LSX engines I wouldn't send him anything even if it were for free. My $.02

lt1350.com did mine. they do Lt and Ls harnesses. cost me about 400 bucks for them to make mine a stand alone harness, delete mass air flow senser and reflash and upgrade ecm(you get about 10hp). And you get $50 reflashes for life.
