If you have hot water, why do you need to heat it?

What brand/manufacture? Is it gas or electric? Do you have the paper work that came with it, if so there should be a number you can call for help. If not Google the model number off the unit to get a number and call tomorrow.

Play on words.
Asking why you'd need to heat Hot Water.
We heat water to make it hot. So it's a water heater.
