Default Atari

I got the Atari 2600 running tonight. I have to say, Pitfall Harry is a bit out of shape after sitting on the shelf for 30 years. Mario was looking a bit pixilated too...

And it has a switch that has two positions: color and b-w. I bet half the people on this board have never played a video game on a black and white TV.

F-ing aliens. Cheeky little bastards split in two and start dive-bombing you. And there's no rapid fire.

My grandma had an Atari for when we went over there... I don't know whatever happened to it. I remember we were constantly repairing the controllers.

I had a Texas Instruments computer that connected to the TV. I had a few games for it, its controllers were always breaking too.

I still have my ColecoVision. It needs to warm up before it will boot properly, but it does still work.

Who had a colecovision??? Probably spelt wrong, but I think you get the idea...

It played all the cool games, as long as they were like tennis, or hockey...

I had 2 2600's, both were worn out after I was done with them. One had broken controler, one had a bad on/off switch. I also had an Odyssey II, pretty hard to fine one of those anymore.
