Default Question about a ticket for lift

Does anyone know if a ticket for lift/bumper height has points, because I can't seem to get a straight answer from the police station. All I was told was the ticket was $185.
Thanks,
Paul

Thanks, the $185 is easier and cheaper then lowering the truck.

That was the first time I've ever been in that area and don't plan in going back, and I've been stopped before and never hassled about it, so I'll keep fingers crossed.

Next time just back up over his cop car, you got enough clearance.

I will buy the offensive truck for $1000 and I'll even cover the cost of the ticket.

Stacks and a dune flag. Doesn't anyone here know that law? If you run 2 or more stacks with a combined diameter of 20" or more along with 2 or more dune flags no lift law applies. If you wish to run a single dune flag 1 or more obscenely large cb antenna must be present and unsecurely attached.

if the speed limits were set legally then they might have a higher percentage of folks that don't violate them

but we both know that speed limits = a fairly stable revenue source, unlike property taxes.

If cops would do their jobs and enforce the rules then rules wouldn't be broken.
