That is Brandishing IF the gun was exposed the whole time it wouldn't be.
Now I'm not saying I was right was/wasn't brandishing, that being said what if I was wearing a jacket that concealed my weapon and I went and took it off and then my weapon was no longer concealed?

Depends on the gun. Could be a revolver and he just clicked the hammer back and rotated the cylinder to the next round. Or could be something like my Sig that has SA/DA and he had a round chambered with it decocked. Click the hammer back to make the obvious noise and bring it into the light trigger pull.

....or maybe he carries without a round in the chamber. I've done it both ways, depending on the situation. Obviously no round in the chamber isn't the "right" way to do it, but it happens. If I pocket carry I tend to leave the rounds in the magazine because I don't trust the safety features as much when it's bouncing around and sliding in my pocket as when it's locked securely in the holster.

Take the Zimmerman case what if he testified that he aproched tyrone or what ever his name is things got heated so he took his coat off so his gun was exsposed ? How different would have that turned out ? If zimmer had still shot him I would bet things would have come out differently.
My guess is with zimmerman being on bottom and tyrone on top and now knowing who had a gun zimmer may have been looking down his own barrel. You carry concealed so noone knows you have till it comes out and you have to use it.

That makes sense. Thank you.

Depends on what I'm wearing but I alternate between a M&P9C and a XD40 Full size.

Normally I carry a Taurus Public Defender Poly loaded with 2 - .410 slugs and 3 - .410 .000 buck shells, sometimes it's my Springfield XDm 45 but she's pretty big to conceal.

Never had to pull it and hope to never have to.
