Use this to easily haul your rig - Rollback - Titled as F350
Truck is a 1985 with a 6.9L IDI international diesel and a 5 Speed Manual transmission. Very Good on fuel for a truck.
It is loaded for a 85 with Power windows and locks - which all work. The only rust on the truck is at the inside seam of the drivers side rocker which can only be seen from under the truck, other than that there is no rust.
It runs great and can haul anything you would like with it's 17 foot aluminum bed with integrated winch.
The only issues with the truck are:
-The stinger portion of the truck is stuck. The cylinder works fine, but the metal to metal tubing is frozen together.
-Drivers side door panel is missing - These can be bought in brighton at bronco graveyard for $150 for a pair.
I bought this to move my personal vehicles, because it was the only one I could find that did not require commercial plates. It is NOT titled as a wrecker, it is titled at a F350 truck. So if you are not a wrecker service it will save you significant money on plates and insurance. For me it was a great alternative to a truck and trailer.
Here is a list of repairs that have been recently performed to the truck:
-All new brakes up front, including calipers
-New rear brake shoes and emergency brake cables
-New master cylinder and brake booster
-New clutch kit installed when I swapped it over to the 5 speed transmission, it use to be a 4 speed and would not go much over 60MPH. It will -now easily cruise the highway at 75
-New glow plugs
-New air pump
-New drivers window motor.
-Rear tires have excellent tread
-Front tires are only a month old
If you are looking for a trouble free car hauler this is for you. I did all the work in advance of having issues to ensure I could travel long distances without having any issues.
Asking 6500, I may consider a Partial trade, but am mostly interested in cash.
