Default 1986 Honda 200sx any ideas?

Hello, just picked this machine up for a couple hundred bucks and guy said it has sat for three years without starting it. Any helpful ideas on getting it going? I plan on emptying gas tank and putting new gas in. Just looking for some pointers or ideas, thanks.
Plastics and stickers look good on it, just needs an overall good cleaning,
Was parked in garage for last three years by the way

New gas. Take the carb apart and clean it out. New spark plug. Test compression. If all is good its a Honda it should run.

Bought rebuild kit for carb, put new spark plug in and new gas, fuel will not go into carb, seems where fuel inlet is on carb won't let fuel through, not sure if that is clogged cause the holes are offset, might have to buy new carb
