Default Need HELP swapping lockers

As the title says I need HELP swapping lockers from two axles.
Looking for someone to come to my house and do the swap for me. I never did gears before and I don't want to learn on this Jeep. Located in Garden City/Westland area.
A little bit about the swap.
Both are AMC 20 rear ends with one piece shafts. One is a wide track and the other is a narrow track or I would of just swapped rear ends.
One has a aussie locker and the other has a detroit locker. Both have the same gear ratio, 4.10.
Now the downside, one is a driver the other is a rolling chassis. I have no way to haul the rolling chassis, hence the need for someone to come to my place.

Not sure what I will need parts wise to complete the swap.

Looking to pay cash or swap for something I have.
