Default Hood issue

Does anyone know, or had this happen, the hood on the XJ flew up while driving. Slow speed luckily. Not really bent up but the hood sits wrong at the hinge end. Is it the hood or did I over flex the hinges. Wondering if I can change the hood or need to change the hinges too to get the hood to sit flush. Thanks for any info

Well should see a bend in hood if was damaged but ill bet its the hinges. So swap it all out easy to be had at a junk yard. Id suggest hood pins if dont mind the style. I run pins and hydralic lift on my hood and love it.
