Fuck Dick Scott. Those bastards screwed up the shifter on my truck (supposedly recall related) and tried to scam me when my fuel pump died. They tried to get me to pay them to remove my fuel tank and clean the entire fuel system because it was "dirty". Bullshit. The fuel was crystal clear and there was no dirt in the system. Fortunately I am not a complete idiot and had the truck taken to a shop that I completely trust. They found NOTHING in the fuel system. I called out the manager and he just played dumb. Then again, I don't think he was playing.

PM unluckyal, he works at a chevy dealer now, but I think he previously worked at a dodge dealer. Either way if he knows a good dealer he will point you in the right direction.

Can't believe I'm going to agree with you. But yes fukc dick Scott dodge. My uncle took his 2004 dodge ram 2500 ctd. They told him that it needed to have the upgraded emission stuff added. He asked what it needed. They told him they needed to add the regen system from the 2009 model.

While I don't doubt this is true, there is no way in hell that would even possibly work.

Contaminated diesel fuel is a very common occurrence, however, it only really NOTICEABLY affects newer trucks with emissions equipment (dpf, def/scr, egr+egr cooler, nox catalysts). I don't know your vehicle or situation, but "dirty diesel" is for real.
