Default sound proofing

want to apply sound proofing material to the inside of my TJ hardtop current color is off white. looking for somthing with a light color, not black, not aluminum foil.
have searched several of the forums here. no hits.
any suggestions?

Lizard skin spray on might be the only thing I can think of?

Most sound proofing uses a tar or foam style with aluminum backing, works best. Saw lizard skin on gears (? I think), they said it had a sound proofing mix as well.
