Michigan isn't conducive to wheeling. That's why I switched to dual sport motorcycling. There's about 1000x times more places to go and ride legally in the great lakes state.

I go somewhere almost every weekend in the summer. I have been known to hit one park on sat and a different one sunday. I live 2hrs from the parks but I have a few local gravel pits and places we wheel almost every wkend during the winter months.

Since I became active in wheeling in 2000, 4 off road parks have opened, the trails on Drummond Island became officially opened to full size 4x4s, and the Mounds and St Helen have added rock challenges.

Used to wheel 4-6 times a year. Wife, life, and kid got in the way, now its never. Wife should be giving birth to our son in a few weeks so im sure that trend will continue, though have a trip to the Badlands planned in Sept. That'll be the first time in probably 3yrs that I've wheeled my own rig.

I'm in my jeep at a park about 5 times during the summer. Plus private mud bogs and forest road use

Silver lake twice each summer. My folks live in Gaylord so I do that area every time I'm up there.

First year I got the Jeep probably 20 times (got it in mid July). I'm building another one now so I've cut back to about 10 times per year. I'm only 45 minutes from the Mounds or R&V though so a few more day trips aren't out of the question. I'm sure I'd go a lot more if I didn't have to work every other weekend.

I've been to twisted and rav for the first time this year and will be returning
And we wheel some local property quite frequently

It seems like I'm kind of average . I am going to try harder to go wheeling more often this year. It just seems like its either the weather or kid stuff that gets in the way.

Between Silver Lake and the sand drags, probably 10-12x a year. Throw in an occasional asphalt dragstrip maybe once a year and the street driving, I try to use my Jeep as much as possible, just doesn't always work out.

I can't wait to get my jeep ready to rock. I picked up a book a couple weeks ago that is only northern Colorado and I have 80 trails within 3 hours of me.

I wheeled my $300 geo for 3 years about 3-4 times a year until I finished it off last summer. I have not been to silver lake with the truck or bike in probably 4 years. I still ride my mx bike a couple times a week and race a half dozen times a year or more. I guess maintaining my mx track with the tractor is pretty close to wheeling, I do that all the time.

6-12 times a year depending on other commitments, the weather, and working some holiday weekends. Mostly Silver Lake until Fall, nothing in the winter unless we travel out southwest.

I haven't ever wheeled my own vehicle, just ride with people. Slowly building up my jeep, hope to have it wheelable soon for some summer trips.
Axle swap late summer or mid winter.
