Swing drivers are hourly and all route drivers are on an incentive pay scale (yardage+miles+hours = X divided by X = something like that)

Having tattoos doesn't make somebody unprofessional. I have a sleeve that is seen everyday and right now I bounce between being the #1 and #2 guy in charge of a $5,000,000 project. I have never had an issue with people not seeing me as professional when I am sitting in a meeting with all the corporate folks that are in charge of the Multimillion dollar company check books.

Lt him practice on his butt buddy's at the prison for a little bit and I'm sure he can get you a good tattoo. But he might ask you to take you pants off before he starts.

Our shop up by GR starts out at $16.50 an hour and goes up from there. You do not need your passenger endorsement. We will not even look at a person unless they have a CDL so with you having your Class B you are all set.

I'm not to sure on the endorsements. I know my dad has his class A and B, air brakes, hazmat, and one more but I'm not quite sure what it is. I think he makes somewhere between $80k-$100k. He also has been doing it for 27 years.

All you need is a class B. most of the time new hires start off doing resi. I've been with WM for 8 years and been doing commercial front load for the last 5 years. It's a good job. Last year I did just over 150k. But I also work almost every Saturday and I help a few times a week also.
