Default Exporting LNG

If properly taxed it could be benifical in the long term. Although, I see many other states using this as a example to also export and use methods that would not be needed without exporting.

While I do believe a LNG hybrid would provide a cheap, clean, and I dependant way to rid importing our fuel. The battery tech and fueling network required are several years off. This could help quicken those efforts if properly used.
