Default GM Bring back Pontiac?

It's been a few years since the death of Pontiac. Thoughts on if they should bring back either Pontiac entirely, or just some of their cars? I wish they would. If they do, they need to make this. I get the Aztek was a flop, but they made some great cars, they are still around, look great, and run fantastic.
Would this have saved pontiac by pulling some Magnum owners?

It can't be any worse than

The old folks aren't clamoring to bring back Oldsmobile. Pontiac would be nice tho. Don't see it happening.

Not the I could afford one, but it would be cool if gm just started importing holdens.

I think that may possibly look worse than the Aztec.

That car looks like it belongs in 1997, amd that's not a compliment.

I still wish the government didn't bail out the auto industry. Fuck them all!

To each their own. I like it.

Think of it in a SSEI package, or GXP package.

I doubt it would have pulled many magnum owners. For one, it's fwd, where the magnum is rwd/awd depending on package. It also looks terrible. The magnum at least looks somewhat tough. The solstice and G8 are cool, but other than that, they didn't have much going for them. Their only chance at revival would be a new firebird/TA and a new design on the G8. They could possibly pull off a new GTO if they gave it more character than the last one, which looked like a late 90's grand prix coupe, that had been stripped of all style.

No need for that when you can buy this...

(I know, it's obviously been modified).

Dodge Magnum what?

OOn further thought, a rwd LS powered grand prix would garner substantial interest if done right. I guess with help of a small miracle and a lot of funding, Pontiac could have a fighting chance at revival.

The Aztec could have looked better. Pontiac deliberately made it ugly.

Why would they bring Pontiac back? Short of the aztec they were just badge engineered cars... Thus half the problem with GM in the 80-90's sell the same damn car across three different lines and wonder why they have problems

I may be an idiot, but not sure why that would be what makes me one.
