Default Help changing door hinge

I'm looking for someone who is capable of changing out the door hinge on a Blazer.

The bushings are trashed, and in the process it wore the hole in the hinge out. The door would need to be pulled, the old hinge cut off, and a new one welded on. I don't have a welder, or welding skills so I am seeking someone that does. Will pay cash or beer, and help.

don't need to have welder drill out the hole just big enough to make it round get a bigger bushing that fits the hole and then put the hinge pin bushing inside the new bushing just get a flared bushing (check with Fastenal) they have weird things like that or just like I said use over size bushing and put a couple of roll pins in the hinge pin to hold over sized bushing in one on top and one under neith the upper and lower hinge (4 total roll pins

My s10 had 263,000 meter reading miles on it, so the pins were beyond wasted. I ran a starter bolt instead of a door pin. Sounds easier then what you want to try. Cheaper to get another door

I just weld up the holes and use a die grinder to make them round again and if its bad enough ill weld a washer to the hinge ive done prolly at least 50 of them at work
