I would think your dog would learn! My dog has been skunked twice, one time it was the morning we were leaving on a trip and I was hours away from dropping her off at a dog sitter.

High Price Lady lawyer next door let her kleenex box dog(shitzu) out for a pee, dog got skunked, she picked it up tossed it in the house, was fun watching her burn all her cloths she was wearing at the time, and the bedding and matress in the backyard bon fire because the dog jumped up on her bed, kids had to move out for a week, so they could clean the house, haha

My dog got hit then my dad let him in before he realized it. The damn dog jumped on every piece of furniture it could find and was rolling around trying to get the nasty off.

That was a great week

Found large quantities of charcoal in bowls helps to absorb the smell. Oh the smell.

Nothing a couple cans of jigga clean cant fix.

A few years ago my dog rolled in something that had been dead for awhile. We were camping at silverlake and doing some two tracking. With no running water I didnt know what to do. I grabbed a can of jigga clean waterless hand cleaner and painted my dog head to tail. He went and rolled around to get the jagga clean off. When he came back the smell was gone. I did another dose for good measure.

A few weeks later my freinds wife asked how many baths I had to give him to get rid of the smell. I told her that I forgot to bath him when we got home and still hadnt.
He smelled like fresh flowers.
I'm still amazed how well it worked.

A mixture of baking soda, dawn dish soap and peroxide works wonders!

Yeah we know the smell of accidently letting him in the house from our Flint home...tok weeks with dryer sheets on the furnace grates to get our house fresh..lol

Kelly, I honsetly thought that he musta lost his sense of smell with as many times as he goes willing after those dam things. No dead skunks to be found so it musta gotten away...which only means he'll get sprayed again lol
