Default Tj/Lj bodylift ?

I have a 2006 jeep unlimited lj lwb and I want to add a 1in body lift. I would like to know if I can use a cj bodylift, the only reason I'm considering it is the kit is new in the box from previous build that I never used and selling it seems to be impossible, so I thought why let it go to waste. Would be nice if I could use it on my lj. Also wanted to know what else I would have to do to add the 1in bodylift. Thanks and see ya at the dunes

First thing I would do is count how many body mounts your Lj has. If it has the same amount you are closer. Next are the bolts supplied with the Cj lift the correct thread? Pull out one of yours and see.

I would compare LJ and CJ body lifts online to see if they are the same, but I would honestly buy the recommended body lift for your vehical so your not scavenging for parts to make it right, and everything you will need is right there. Just my. 02

I would venture to say that the bolt lengths are going to be different and possibly a different thread. I know jeep tried to stay pretty consistent with their designs but 20 years is a long time for everything to be the same.

Well if y'all know anybody looking for a cj 1in daystar bodylift nib let me know, also have a 12 pack box full of spares to go with it 125 for all of it,just wanted to see it used, so if I can sell it I wouldn't have to worry about matching everything up, is there anything else that has to be done for a 1in bodylift. Got some other cj stuff that needs to go to so if u would please spread the word and thanks for the info. ..
