Default Uvt or golfcart?

If you were to choose one for around the house use and/or cruizing the neighborhood or possible ATV trails.

Mainly 95% around the house use. A RZR is to sporty, need something more utilitarian to work. I thought a gator or golf cart with a dump bed would work but why not 4wd.

Just tossing ideas at the walls.

I would choose not buying anything, perhaps selling a few items, and buying a house.

I have a Gator and it is awesome . It is a big self powered wheel barrow that dumps. Mine has just enough power to get out of its own way but still amazes me at what it will do . I will however vote on a Rzr they look way more fun and dangerous.

UTV as far as overall funcitonality and adaptability, but they're $$$$. Just get a $100 dump cart for your lawn tractor and you're good to go.

And yes, I know this is pointless advice and you'll have an unfinished golf cart project in your possession by the end of the week.
....wait, don't you already have a 6 wheeled Polaris ATV thing over at Scott's? Problem solved.

I like the Ranger over the RZR because it is more utilitarian and will suite almost all needs better except for the dunes. If I had the coin to drop on one I would get the Ranger Crew.

Dump carts blow! Golf carts for what they are, are way over priced. Yes I have 2 utility squads but they are going to the up north home. I'm thinking a used gator 4x2 or 4x4 HPX. Would love to buy a new 825i but want a tractor first

Yes, offer was accepted the same day as submission and the inspection is tomorrow. Also one vehicle is possibly sold.

Let's hope I can go all the way this time

Dump carts are inexpensive and functional. You'll quickly learn that that's exactly what you need with most of the stuff you acquire to get you by in your first home. Upgrade slowly, over time, as needed. You do NOT need the best of the best and the ideal tool for the job for everything. Seriously dude, chill out on the spending or you'll be in debt to your eyeballs within 6 months. Buy a used lawnmower and a dump cart and call it good. I'm being as nice about this as I possibly can. Also, wait till you have the damn house to get the stuff. A lot can happen between now and when you sign the papers and take occupancy.
