Default Anyone Else Had Issues Getting Parts From RoughStuff?

Ok.....about a month ago i ordered some stuff online, next day got an email invoice putting shipping time at 3-5 days via usps, i let 7 usps working days go by and called to see why i didn't have my stuff....at that point i was told my parts were not in stock and it would be several more days before they would ship....there was no mention of this in the invoice email or on their website.....only reason i knew is because i physically called and asked....i chalk it up to shit happens and move on.

Fast forward to a week and a half ago.....order more parts online, receive same basic invoice email, then receive email stating some of the parts are back ordered. I called them 1 week ago to get a time frame and was told the stuff would ship this previous monday. Monday came and went and no email saying the stuff shipped, so today i call and this time i'm told next monday at the earliest for shipping.

In the last month i have ordered parts from 6 vendors and all have been great (even Ballistic) except RoughStuff....is this normal or bad luck on my end? I have more stuff tob buy but not if i am gonna get ran around trying to get it

I ordered a month ago online in the am, called back at lunch to add more junk, asked them to stick it all together to ship. No issues, took about 4 days to get over a weekend, not including sat or sun. I ordered standard rod ends and bungs, nothing fancy. Good luck!

I have had pretty good luck with ruffstuff.

Not to say I haven't had rare issues, but each time they more then took care of the issue. But I have placed many many orders with them.

First time I ordered from them was online and the order took 3+ weeks to get. Next order I called and was told all parts were in stock took a month to get. Just ordered from the Monday afternoon had my parts Wednesday morning? The first two orders were blamed on issues with the heims.

I've ordered from them a number of times and had good results. Had a delay once getting a weld it yourself diff cover. Apparently they didn't have the pieces in stock so it was on backorder. Called and talked to Dan and he went ahead and shipped me the welded one for the same price without me even asking.

I always call in orders and have never had a problem.

I once got a hold of Dan too late in the day to ship that day and Dan himself sent it out the next day. (a day Ruff Stuff was closed but the USPS was open)

The first time with the diff cover it was no big deal it was delayed but it irritated me that i was never informed of the delay.

This time i'm irritated because i was given a date for shipping then once that date came and went i was given yet another, further out date......not once have they offered any sort of help and when i brought up the fact that the promised shipping date had come and gone the guy (can't remember his name but it wasn't Dan) was border line asshole in his response (basically saying oh well)....it would be nice if they would ship me the stuff they do have so i can keep moving....but to that end the first time i called the were waiting on the heims, the second time it was the heims and dana 60 cover so who knows if the have any of my order.

I'm not trying to bad mouth them (yet)....just seeing if this stuff is normal before i give them more money

I've ordered a bunch of stuff over the past few years, and only had one item get delayed for being on back order. There was good communication during the process, so no worries.

Fuck these idiots.

Yesterday came and went.....no email....so i call today and they still don't have my stuff and are not sure when they will...maybe this week, maybe next week. Such bullshit....i am in the process of trying to find everything i need elsewhere so they can take their parts and their shitty customer service and shove it up their ass.
