I get a similar pain in my left knee, feels like a needle sticking me in one little spot, sharp, hurts like hell, along with low back pain. Went thru therapy for the low back, no more pain in knee.

I do stretches for my back every morning, and if I miss a morning, I feel it in my back, sometimes in the knee.

Oh, and yes, siting affects my knee too, but my job has me sitting all day. I have to re-adjust often, along with get up and walk around often.

I chose a life of cushy desk jobs and it looks like it's paying off. Suckers.

Has it happened since you switched cars? Or, if you drive your truck for a week, does it hurt then?

My wife's Durango will do that to my knee, but my F150 causes no problems.

Lets go golfing, it will work out your knee. I have pine trace on fri, and my league at westwynd starts weds next week :D

With the truck my knees get pretty stiff, but not too painful. Driving the car I'm usually pain free. I was just wondering if arthritis can act up and decide to punish the joints.

As far as golf I am available Saturday but won't know for sure till Friday
