1986 motorhome 28', class ii hitch, sleeps 6, ac etc trade for??
Basically like the title says..
Bought the motorhome last june to have on our property at silver lake.
Its still up there as of now.
Used it three times last year and now having another child and working a lot so dont think i will get much use out of it this year.
Its a ford with a 460bb with auto 3 spd trans
tires have good tread all the way around but are weather checked.
Ran good and even pulled my 18' car hauler with my lifted xj from lansing to silver lake last summer no problem.
We did remodel the interior last summer before taking it up north.
We converted the two single beds in the rear into one queen, full size bathroom with shower/sink/shitter!
Decent sized fridge and freezer both work good. Take a minute to get cold but once it does it holds the temp just fine.
Full size awning on the side. One small tear above the door but still works fine and it really does not even leak water from the hole.
All lights etc work, newer microwave, stove works, sink works, tons of cabinet space.
Redid all the water lines last summer as well with the pex fittings so it is now durable.
50 gal fresh water tank and i believe 40 grey.
waterproofed the roof last season
56k original miles
air cond. Works like a champ!!!!
Inside ceiling tiles are stained and droopy it used to leak but we took care of it and ran out of time and money to do inside ceiling before leaving for vacation last season. Outside is waterproofed now!
Small chunk of the siding on the upper right corner flew off on the highway on our way to silver lake because the weather stripping came loose!!!
Not sure if the heater works because it was 90+ degrees out when we used it!!!
Needs a new choke cable. If its started every two days or so its easy and fires up first crank but if its sat a while you either have to pump the hell out of the gas pedal to fire it or give her a shot of starter fluid.
Inside bunk above the cab is where the water was leaking and so the wood is soft. Would not recommend an adult sleeping on it but kids would be fine. We just use it for storage so i dont worry about it.. Theres a fresh piece of plywood up there to hold the weight of luggage etc.
Other than the few obvious things its not bad at all and still has tons of life left in it.
I will have to get pics when i go back up this season because i have a new phone and dont believe the pics where saved. I may be able to dig up a couple but at work right now so not for sure!!
Looking to trade it for a dune toy that will fit a family of four or maybe a car/truck not sure make me an offer.
It will have to be picked up from our property at silver lake where it is located because im not driving that hauss all the way back to lansing!!!
Shoot me trade offers or cash offers worst i can say is no. Not hurting to get rid of it so please be reasonable with your offers.
If it does not sell or get traded i will simply just go up and enjoy it.
Sorry for long description but i want it to be as detailed as possible with something this big!!!

Will try and get pics as soon as i can. Having front end issues with my truck at the moment so dont wanna take that long of a trip without it being taken care of first.
I will hopefully have some in the next few weeks.
