Well i haven't posted up since april so here goes. I've lost 22 pounds and some how managed to keep it off through the summer craft beer months. The Insanity program got me lean and now i'm working on putting some of the weight back on by lifting weights. I alternate weights and cardio every other day. I'm so much stronger and faster than I used to be even at 44 I can almost out run my 16 year old son that plays varsity soccer. If anyone is thinking about a program like Insanity or P90x do it and stick with it. I am a different person and vow to never look back. Congrats and good luck to all who are losing and or trying to loose weight, it's tough but worth the work.

Once I hit my 100 pounds lost mark I plan to try and do some weight lifting/cardio. Hope I can get as ft as you, but probably won't.


(Edit) Screw waiting, ordered p90x3 today. Hope to be back in shape in the next 6 months.

Keeping the t-stat at 62 when I was 265 pounds was slightly uncomfortable, Keeping it at 62 at 200 pounds is down right torture.

ok im back in the game! I let my self slip rite back to where I was when I started! I have lost 15lbs in the last few weeks and just started going to the gym last week. im already starting to feel better and I think im going to start riding the bike at lunch instead of going to lunch with everyone else.
ill try to report back with my findings lol but I would like to get down to the 240-250 range to start and go from there!

Good luck. I'm thinking of cutting back on the extra 2-3k calories I consume in the evening hours. Heaviest I've ever been.

Must have been something in the air. I didn't eat horrible, but i ate bad enough and skipped the gym enough I put 15 back on. Kicked myself in the ass and have been back on the wagon the last 2 weeks. Want to drop 25 in next 2 months.

lol....just had this chat with a co-worker this am.....I have been trying to hit the dreadmill once a week but I need to get back outside and run. Between snowplowing and Bronco work it has been hard to find the energy.

I ate terribly. I worked out consistently, I just ate terrible. I lost 5-7 since christmas. But kinda stuck, so I know its the food.

Not here, i have been diligent through the winter and have added 2" to my biceps and can do 18 consecutive pull up"s before collapsing on the floor in agony. It helps a ton that my wife has joined the fitness train and i don't feel like im doing it by myself.

I had pretty much hit plateau of down 65 for the last 4 or 5 months. Now that I live with my parents I have lost 5 pounds in under 2 weeks, they don't allow beer, and the place with really good wings is 8 miles away, and not half mile away now.
