Default will a 91 4.0 work in a 97?

i have a 97 xj that has a really bad knock and my uncle said i could have the H.O. motor he has if it will work, just need to know if it is a direct swap or if i have to swap the intakes or what i have to do. PM me please

you're going to have to swap all the sensors at least.

ok, im also wanting to add some power. what are some easy add-ons i can do to build more power? i have a throttle body spacer already

lol, i heard something about f-150 injectors? do those make that much of a difference?

I did the 5.0 injectors
They have a better spray pattern and my jeep seems to run richer so idk how I feel about them
And I also just did a performance ignition but the new coil was bad so I have to wait for a replacement to see if it helps
